Abstract

The Sind Krait, Bungarus sindanus Boulenger, 1897 is recorded for the first time from the Narayan Sarovar Wildlife Sanctuary during September, 2019. This species was spotted extensively in the sanctuary during the early night hours of the survey on metaled road adjoining the major grassland habitats.
