Abstract

This paper brings the first report of the species <i>Turbonilla juliae Peñas<i> and Rolán (2010), a micro gastropod of the family Pyramidellidae, from the Indian waters: Hare Island, Gulf of Mannar, Southeast coast of India. A checklist of genus <i>Turbonilla</i> in the Indian waters is also presented.
